Brief Biography

 

I am Nicolae Rotaru, a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Architect with over 18 years of experience. My expertise lies in developing comprehensive solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of enterprise-level clients, particularly in web-based applications driven by relational database management systems (RDBMS). 

 

Given my advanced technical level, some internal technical leads may not fully grasp my capabilities, leading to potential hesitation. However, for the company's progress - through cost reduction, quality improvement, and faster time-to-market - those initially hesitant would benefit from re-evaluating the positive impact of my contributions.

 

As a diligent programmer, I always strive to employ the most efficient and expedient approaches to deliver outstanding results. After years of honing my craft and working with various libraries and frameworks, I successfully developed my own GUI Framework Project, which stands out for its exceptional compactness, speed, and user-friendliness compared to other market alternatives.

 

From 1990 to 1998, I had the privilege of living in France and contributing my expertise to FI-System, one of the top five software development companies in Europe at the time. Upon returning to Romania in 1998, I began working as a contractor, collaborating with numerous Western companies to create complex, custom internet solutions. Some of my notable clients include Microsoft Consulting (France), Rotary-Foa (Romania), Ministère des Transports (Romania), CBS Télécom (United States), France Télécom (France), Schneider Electric (France-Romania), Coca-Cola (Romania), and Les Mairies de Paris (France).

 

My experience spans a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, including successful exits as a founder, expertise in vanilla JavaScript versus frameworks, proficiency in stored procedures versus anonymous abusive queries, and mastery of socket bi-directional communication versus classic uni-directional client-server communication, among others.

 

With this extensive knowledge, I am well-prepared to excel in roles such as Architect, Project Manager, Developer, and beyond.
