Upgraded the EWS email client responsible for processing thousands of emails a day from Basic Authentication to OAuth 2.0 built in C# .NET Framework. Developed a tech demo built in C# .NET Framework to prove that upgrading the EWS email client from single to multi threaded would be feasible, and scale the workload by asynchronously processing emails to reduce the impact from bottlenecks which could result in multiple minute delays. Line managed a new starter, remotely engaged with them regularly, set objectives, provided guidance and help them grow at the company. Leading new hires in a mentoring and coaching capacity.

Maintaining and enhancing integral public sector systems used every day by thousands of internal and external users, with Delphi, C# and SQL. Lead developer on the Windows 10 transition team. I updated the companies applications from Windows 7 to Windows 10 affecting thousands of machines across 14 offices.
