Managing and overseeing all project documentation, including technical specifications, architectural diagrams, API documentation, wireframes, whitepapers, and smart contract requirements. Collecting and analyzing client requirements and key business metrics, developing Customer Journey Maps (CJM) as part of the business project concept, and consulting with clients while presenting completed work during regular calls. Leading web3 market analysis for ABM marketing, discovery phases for clients, and product research for Redsteep. Supporting the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) in creating proposals for potential clients based on conducted research. Analyzing and improving smart contract logic. Reviewing and enhancing existing algorithms and processes for new product development. Performing blockchain data analysis (using Dune).
