Semi entrepreneurial role for startup & licensing of global explosive patent ‘Auto-Stem Gen-III', technology in India with the following responsibilities- Project Size - 150 Cr INR. Business Design - Acquire explosive licences to set up export oriented unit of 10000 MT/ month Compliance - Align with Petroleum Explosive Safety Organization, Nagpur to implement Explosive Rules 2008, International Ammunition Technical Guidelines & International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code Security - Apply Explosive Security principles to mitigate and reduce security threats related to explosives which included:- Enable bar-coding of explosives to enable trace routing Maintain & update the SETT (System for Explosive Tracking and Tracing) for explosives accounting. Update Govt agencies such as P.E.S.O, Internal Security, Police Department, D.IP.P, D.G.F.T and D.G.C.A Implement security management & business continuity plan for the explosive business.

Responsible for project delivery of ‘Green Break Technology’, South Africa for set up of its manufacturing plant in India and Georgia (Asia). Achievements:- Conceptualized the transfer of technology Develop plans for manufacturing plant with capacity of 20000 cartridges spanning over 7.5 Ha. in India.

Officer-In-Charge, ‘Border Roads Organization’: Responsible for 85 km of strategic “Indo-China Border Roads” worth 18.50 Cr INR. Special Assignment:- Carried out heli-landing of dismantled heavy machines at 14500 ft high altitude in coordination with M.H.A & Indian Air Force for connecting strategic Indo China Border Road. Engineer Regiment:- Served in operational appointments in Assam with expertise in Bomb Disposal and NBC Warfare Special Assignment:- Bomb Disposal Security Contingent to President of India in 2008 in Guwahati, Assam.
