Designed and implemented a scalable Commission Payout Infrastructure to process (amount) M in affiliate creator earnings per month. Integrated PayPal API, Python, PostgreSQL, TypeScript and Retool to build a web tool, Spearheaded development of key monetization features including the native digital product affiliate program and native payment plan implementation using Stripe API memberships. Led project planning, scoping, and execution, driving increases to GMV, seller signups, paid upgrades, and generating millions in seller revenue. Improved developer velocity and product stability by leading a TypeScript migration and advocating for Playwright E2E testing, increasing test coverage by 90%. Drove 0→1 product launches including the Beacons for Managers and Creator Pitch Materials, and collaborated with PMs and designers to define acceptance criteria and make pragmatic product tradeoffs, contributing to a faster, smoother development cycle, and the ability to ship on aggressive timelines. Implemented link and content tracking analytics using Clickhouse, delivering real-time insights for creators and generating 4k page views a day. Improved IP reputation and delivery rates for user-sent email marketing campaigns, leading to over 98% deliverability and over a 20% increase in email click and open rates.
