Led the full redesign of Tucana, a cloud-based collaboration tool, using iterative prototyping and user testing to significantly improve interface usability and aligned it with current industry trends. Led end-to-end design of Automation Centre, an automation solution for engineers, facilitated rapid feature implementation on demand. Collaborated with Generative A.I. team to support branding collaborations between Aurecon and external companies by creating visually compelling proposal templates. Provided support on the interface design of Aurecon AIR, a digital platform recognised for environmental reporting, helping the project win a 2024 Good Design Award. Elevated the design system to meet current WCAG standards and implemented dark theme, demonstrating my strong knowledge of colour accessibility. Proactively led weekly design reviews with designers to share best practices, fostering a strong collaborative design culture within the company.

Developed brand visual identity, proposed new features and guided product development with the team to successfully launch the MVP. Crafted high-fidelity prototypes, including onboarding flows, dashboards and brief builder user flows, which secured first place in Future’s Founder startup pitch competition hosted by Study Melbourne.

Synthesised research findings into actionable insights for internal departments while collaborating with senior leaders to implement workflow improvements for the event, Australia Open 2022. Designed 16 detailed customer journey maps that charted players and workforce touchpoints and identified potential roadblocks.

Conceptualised and executed design projects for multiple startups, providing visual solutions and branding identity, resulting in seamless product launches. Collaborated closely with startup founders and team of developers to produce wireframes and interactive prototypes, offering agile design iterations based on feedback, which contributed to increased early user adoption.
