PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is a state-owned information and communications technology enterprise and telecommunications network in Indonesia. As it transforms to become a digital telecommunication company, Telkom Group implements a customer-oriented business and company operational strategy. I was in the Entreprise team, working on projects from other SOEs (Merchant App Pertamina and P-Insyst Desktop App). What I do: Design wireframe/flow for Pertamina Merchant app and P-Insyst. Refine clarity of information and terminology through collaboration with ux writer. Presenting UX design by convincing that the design will have an impact on the business.

Sayurbox is building Indonesia’s fastest-growing e-Grocery platform, fully integrated from farm to end consumer. What I do: Conducting a UI audit of the existing design. Building the design system for the iOS environment includes designing components and documenting best practices.

Tokopedia is an Indonesian technology company that aims to democratize commerce through technology. Since its founding in 2009, Tokopedia has been a force that pioneers digital transformation in Indonesia. For 2.5 years I was in the fintech and payments team. In the fintech team I have built the Dream Fund product, as well as developed Personal Loan and Mutual Fund. In the payments team, I managed to increase the success of credit card and instant debit payments. I also revamped the balance withdrawal history, making it easier for sellers and buyers to track the status of the withdrawn balance. What I do: Help define the design vision that could be into the Fintech and Payment product roadmap. Plan and design wireframe/flow for the Fintech product and Payment product. Validate the design by taking user feedback early and by collaborating with the research team. Conduct a workshop such as design critique, design audit, and user journey mapping with stakeholders.

Cartenz Group is a leading ICT company with a core business of technology solutions. At Cartenz Group I was on the ZeePOS team. ZeePOS is a point of sale system to help business owners monitor their business through daily, weekly and monthly reports to manage inventory stock. What I do: Design user flow, wireframe, and hi-fidelity for ZeePOS. Implement design to code for ZeePOS landing page using HTML/CSS and javascript. Build the Zeepos v2 design system. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to decide on design solution.
