Community Manager

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (e.g., software engineering, cloud, data), from intake to offer and onboarding. Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and outbound campaigns; maintain an active talent pipeline. Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit; coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring teams. Advise clients on market availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring process improvements. Negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, and ensure a smooth acceptance and start.

Responsible for logistics from beginning until end of event (sometimes 12 hours). Working with/ for famous people, focusing on event planning. Supporting the Project Lead in strategic processes.

Working closely with C levels. Social media account management (Twitter&Instagram). Event networking – online and in person.

Direct contact with Head of Sales. Event planning. Closing sales deals.

Managing a team of 3 associates. Hosting online and in person events. Focusing on community growth.
