At ByteDance, I led the creation of an in-house tool to automate the migration process from Tokopedia to the Bytedance cloud environment (ByteCloud), leveraging platforms like GCP, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud. I also designed and built an orchestrator operator to streamline migration execution, developed a clear RFC flow for resource transitions, and provided on-call support for global e-commerce operations. Key achievements include managing compliance for TikTok Local-Service in Indonesia, ensuring operational reliability during high-traffic events like Flash Sales and Payday campaigns, and supporting integration efforts between TikTok Shop and Tokopedia to enhance cross-platform functionality.
