Sales Representative

Responsible for conversion and retainment of enterprise clients, designing and implementing sales processes, training and managing BDRs, managing and reporting sales KPI’s, statistics and conversions, and managing CRM (Monday.com). Achievements include generating R6.8 million in revenue, building relationships with SA corporates, managing and training the BD team to generate R13.6 million in revenue, reducing sales cycles by 30%, and designing auto-mark feature for BDCS.

Responsible for management of sales pipeline, qualifying inbound leads, generating and qualifying outbound leads, simplifying complex SaaS concepts for prospects, and achieving KPIs consistently. Achievements include converting over 300 leads, generating over R7.6 million in revenue, retaining 74% of clients over a three-year period, and consistently being among the top three sales consultants.
