Project Leader of School of Eco Diplomacy 2018 Jakarta & Papua Barat •Design and conceptualise the program of School of Eco Diplomacy 2018 and manage the overall 3 months activities in Jakarta and Papua including people who involved as the facilitator and speaker •Responsible for screening participants from across Indonesia and selected 30 young people especially from Papua to get capacity building (on diplomacy, public speaking, advocacy and media literacy), stakeholder engagement (West Papua stakeholders, ministries and executive staff of president) in advocating forest and environmental issues. •Lobbying several ministries (KLHK, Foreign Ministry, Presidential Staff Office, and Ministry of Villages, etc) in order to enable 10 participants from Papua learn about diplomacy in government level through the program of "Shadowing" which allow the participants follow the activities of the stakeholders especially their meeting and negotiation with other party •Lead the team and colleague in preparing and running the program in Jakarta and Papua •Arrange budget for the overall 3 months program in Jakarta and Papua •Building relation with Ministry of Environment and Forestry and other NGO in Jakarta and Papua •Leading and organizing every part of the program of School of Eco Diplomacy 2018 including livelihood and capacity building in Papua •Making report for 3 months program of School of Eco Diplomacy 2018
