Community Manager

Irlando, has experienced various community engagement, program development, project management, monitoring & evaluation and partnership in local and national level with demonstrated history of working in Non-Profit Organisation. His professional takes a wide experience by conceptualise, design and lead overall program School of Eco Diplomacy 2018, empower young people across Indonesia on environmental and forest issue in Jakarta and Papua. 

Irlando inherently understand how to build a community base, developing a program/project and building strategic partnership. He is used to deliver result in complex, difficult environment and  building strong team.
