Below is my experience so far working in the crypto space for the past year.
1. Spect.Tribe - Won Road To Web3 Hackathon 

One of the winning projects in Polygon's Road To Web3 Hackathon which was organized in February 2022. Spect.Tribe is contribution management and valuation system deployed on polygon mainnet. Using Spect.Tribe, Tribes within DAOs can use quadratic voting to value tasks (proactive valuation) and contributions (retroactive valuation) during a certain epoch called Proactive Valuation. It is a DeWork-like dashboard where you can import all your Github Issues or create a new task, describing or importing files, and assign them to users based on discord ID. A budget for a certain epoch (a period during which tasks and contributions are valued) is split based on the value assigned to a task or contribution and can be paid out on Spect Tribes. Batch payments are supported so contributors can be paid out all at once. The beauty of Spect Tribes is that contributors themselves decide what gets valued and how much, so there is no need for a top-down team structure to take this decision.

2. Polygon Fellowship Graduate - 
I was one of the top 50 builders in the polygon fellowship selected from 10000 applications throughout India. A 2-month paid fellowship led by web3 leaders, covering every aspect of web3 development from smart contracts to Defi, file management systems, and NFTs. As part of my fellowship project, I developed Re^Forms, a Web3 form creation platform, targeted at the privacy and valuation of users' data. In Re^Forms all user responses are public key encrypted and published on IPFS, and encrypted CID are stored on chain, which gives users the owners-ship of their data. Form creators can create customizable forms directly from the platform and can add features like free form submission, survey pools to value their users, or form submission validations to authenticate who can interact with the form. Re^Forms is designed to replace high subscription-based web2 forms where data ownership is questionable.

3. Eden Protocol -- A D_D Initiative
Currently working as a Frontend developer for a Developer DAO Initiative project, Eden Protocol. An AI ML-driven two-way person-project matching protocol. Eden will open opportunities on all ends of the web3 ecosystem by streamlining overwhelming discord servers, convoluted onboarding processes, and outdated notion tables. The result is brilliant talent coordination & resource allocation, minus the headache. Currently, we are building our own Web3 UI library built on Tailwind CSS. It will be one of it kind UI library which will have integrated graphQL and ML support for the data used in components. Working with the foundation team as well as the onboarding team to do user research and MVP development
