Kristine Feyling Skorpen is an experienced legal counsel specializing in financial regulation, digital assets, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Legal Counsel – Regulatory at Kraken Digital Assets Exchange, she advises on EU and UAE regulatory frameworks, including MiCA, VASPs (EU & UAE) MiFID, PSP, and EMD. She has extensive expertise in licensing, compliance, M&A, and stablecoin strategies, with prior roles at Bitpanda and Haavind Law Firm. Kristine holds an LL.M. in European and International Business Law from the University of Vienna and has published on crypto asset regulation. Fluent in Norwegian, English, and Spanish, she also serves on corporate boards, reflecting her strategic leadership in financial and legal sectors.
