Fully redesigned the StormGain mobile and web app, resulting in improved user satisfaction, reflected by a 4.5 rating from over 1.4K reviews on the App Store. Managed and mentored a design team of 3 members, overseeing comprehensive redesigns and user flow optimizations of the StormGain platform (web and mobile). Collaborated closely with product managers on generating, analyzing, and validating product hypotheses, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs. Successfully achieved significant platform growth, reaching 1.05M monthly active users (MAU) and 510K daily active users (DAU).

Product analysis on the current web and mobile application. Formation of the user's image and CJM. Introduction of a new major functionality (blockchain explorer, stock marketplace) in the web and mobile version of the application.

Management of the design Department. Design, analysis, rendering of services of the company. Product design of the company's cryptocurrency project. Development of corporate CIS (Central Information Service - management System).

Designed a separate service for the automated trading. Conducted surveys, ux research and testing, held meetings with real users to assess the ux project, was drawing the entire ui, approved and monitored realization. Developed website for new investment tools, worked on their implementation in the main trading platform. Worked on the General improvement of the core trading platform IQ Option.

Created the design of mobile applications and websites, writing use cases and creating dynamic prototypes, HTML coding, also created the overall style of the project and corporate identity. Drawing on promotional materials, illustrations, and the establishment of their general concepts.
