Responsible for the incident tickets raised within the development team and management of the Kubernetes clusters. Claims benefits system: maintained the build and release pipelines for the system and worked with developers to support biweekly release activity and hotfixes activities. Wrote Ansible playbooks in YAML. Installing, setting up, & Troubleshooting Ansible, created and automated platform environment setup. Experienced in deploying the applications in Kubernetes, building and pushing the Docker images to registries, and configuring the secrets using the Hashcorp vault and Azure key vault services. Performed installation, configuration, upgrades, Package Administration and support for Linux Systems on the client side using the Red Hat satellite network server.

Customer data services (Claims): As a part of the claims and CDS team I worked as the DevOps engineer focusing on providing the infrastructure to the client testing team, and the development team by maintaining the pipelines for the weekly release activity. I also worked on the migration of the source code from the Azure repos to GitHub and took care of the configuration of the pipeline configuration post migration. Managed the weekly server patch-ups and Linux and Windows security and OS updates.

Played an active role in converting the legacy(mainframe) applications into micro Service architecture and in the containerisation of the newly created microservices. Designed and executed automation strategies that resolved rejected claims within the healthcare adjudication system, generating annual savings of $145,000. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency, and problem management thus reducing the reprocessing time of rejected claims by 50%. Developed and maintained mainframe complex systems focusing on automating manual workflows and enhancing system performance, supporting critical business operations and technological advancements.
