Developed full-stack systems using TypeScript with React, Node.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, GraphQL for multiplayer platform with video streaming, chat and other real-time features. Designed and optimized SQL queries for real-time data operations, improving query performance and system responsiveness under load. Responsible for development of new features, enhancing the platform's functionality and performing code refactors. Contributed to architectural decision records and proposing new solutions to technical challenges. Actively participated in the entire process, from working with design and product through to execution, ensuring alignment between stakeholder vision and technical implementation.

Designed and implemented scalable data models for ingesting new vessel telemetry, ensuring data integrity and optimising for accessibility across analytical tools. Built an alerting system to identify vessel route divergences using Python and SQL, combining spatial logic and anomaly detection heuristics. Automated labour-intensive Excel workflows with Python (Pandas), APIs, and SDK integrations, reducing manual overhead and increasing data reliability. Winner of Shell Unstructured Data Hackathon 2020, extracting insights from messy, real Shell datasets under time constraints.
