Ensure that all statutory requirements of the facilities are met and up to date. Perform facilities audit in all our management property and maintain files records and accounts of tenants and clients. Ensuring Occupational health and safety of residents and occupiers of all the property within our management portfolio. Ensuring that building meets all health, safety and fire regulations. Manage and supervise access control, CCTV, fire alarm, gate barriers, pest control, facade cleaning, solar system, and pool. Manage and supervise the construction of 2 units multipurpose cooperate halls, including all renovations. Responsible for the follow up on Contract, Proposals and Biddings. Handle tenants’ relations by addressing complaints and concerns quickly to promote tenants and clients experience. Maintain inventory and order supplies to keep facility management resources readily available. Manage and oversee service charge expenditure in line with global best practice of the service charge codes. Oversee rent and service charge collection, follow up on rent, recovery of vacant possession and eviction of defaulting tenants via the court. Oversee the online multivendor shopping platform.
