Ensure that all crypto transactions (buy/sell trades, deposits, and withdrawals) are accurately recorded and reconciled against internal records and external sources (block chain, third-party services).      Analyze transaction data to identify discrepancies or irregularities, and investigate the root causes of any mismatches. Prepare detailed reconciliation reports for management, highlighting discrepancies, trends, and any issues that need addressing. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations regarding crypto currency transactions and reconciliations. Work closely with trading, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in reporting and reconciliations. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance reconciliation processes and implement best practices.

 Maintain accurate records of crypto transactions, including purchases, sales, and exchanges - Track and report gains and losses related to crypto assets.  Prepare and file tax returns related to crypto transactions.  Create financial statements and reports that reflect the client’s crypto holdings and transactions.  Analyze financial data to provide insights into the client’s crypto portfolio performance.  Utilize blockchain explorers and accounting software to verify transaction accuracy and integrity.  Ensure that clients comply with local and international regulations regarding crypto.
