My expertise lays in the area of Acceleration & Incubation of Web3 Startups. I have helped multiple companies to structure and launch Acceleration programs, manage their teams, while helping startups with Go-To Market, Business Development and Fundraise processes. I was the one responsible for the creation of the programs themselves, identifying their ideology and growth strategies, collaborating with the Marketing, Business and Tech teams to ensure the successful deliveries to the projects.

I am also experienced in building teams (especially sales and BD) from the scratch, training multiple team members to further overtake C-Level positions from the entry ones. My task was to develop and execute company's growth and sales strategies, along with hiring and educating the candidates for the sales, BD and team leads positions, which resulted in me managing 10-20 people teams.

Aside of my experience in sales, business development and team management, I also possess a large network of Web3 contacts such as VCs, Exchanges, L1-2 blockchains, and Launchpads.

I possess 7+ years of experience in management, sales, operations and business development, 4+ years of which I've spent in Web3.
