Venkata is a hands-on Blockchain and Web3 Technology Leader with over 23 years of engineering and product leadership experience, including 10+ years in blockchain and 7+ years in crypto ecosystems. He has built and scaled decentralized platforms across DeFi, cross-chain payments, NFT marketplaces, and Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization initiatives.

As CTO at Wadzpay and Kapil IT, Venkata has architected smart contract ecosystems across EVM and non-EVM chains, led staking platform development, integrated custodians and KYC/AML systems, and executed Layer 2 scaling strategies using zkRollups and Optimistic Rollups. He has overseen end-to-end RWA tokenization frameworks, bridging real-world assets onto blockchain with compliance-grade security and liquidity enablement.

Beyond blockchain, Venkata has led cross-functional teams across web, mobile, backend, DevOps, and DevSecOps functions, ensuring secure, scalable, and fast-to-market delivery. His global leadership includes 6 years of experience in the USA and extensive collaboration with French teams, making him adept at cross-cultural, distributed team management.
