Community Manager

I am an 19-year old cybersecurity graduate with a strong foundation in IT and a passion for technology. Proficient in Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS, I have hands-on experience in tech-based customer service and problem-solving. As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Finnish at a native level, I excel in communicating effectively with diverse audiences. I take pride in having built my own PC and enjoy restoring older technology, combining technical skills with a creative mindset. Outside of IT, I am an avid theater enthusiast, which has honed my teamwork, communication, and adaptability. My goal is to leverage my technical expertise, customer service experience, and bilingual abilities to contribute meaningfully in a professional environment.
