Community Manager

Managed the Italian community on Telegram, created and translated content, maintained internal team communications. Complete management of the telegram channel (now my exclusive property with about 700 active Italian users), real-time news and contents sharing on X (Twitter, at the time), drafting and/or translating content for the various platforms including medium, institutional website, roadmap and even the whitepaper. Maintaining relationships with other community managers through daily contact and periodic video call meetings.

Directed eCommerce operations and customer support. Ensured compliance with ADM (Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli). Responsible for customer service as well as compliance with ADM (Customs and Monopolies Agency, in italian. Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli) to obtain and maintain the authorization for online sales by the State Monopolies (electronic cigarettes and related liquids are under State Monopolies in Italy and therefore follow a very strict regulation and bureaucratic procedure for marketing and obtaining authorization).

Led one of the first international online shops selling digital items for MMORPGs (e.g., Diablo II, World of Warcraft, Diablo III). Managed both buying and selling operations. Collaborated with Jesse Powell (later CEO of Kraken).
