Engineering Manager

Led the technical workstream of the DAO “Goblin Saxˮ to organize and manage the technical development of the DAO (NFT Lending). Collaborated closely with various portfolio companies (Futureswap, Liquidity, NFTfi, Furucombo, Gearbox, Gnosis, …) to capture their demands and fulfill their technical needs as investor support. Worked with different teams from the sector of fully on-chain games to capture their demands and decide on how to support the community best. Conducted requirements engineering, planning, and development of a global internal data warehouse to measure response times and other statistics of node providers worldwide. Designed and implemented trading bots for liquidations, perpetual swaps, options trading, NFT market making, and NFT lending.

Founded and led an AI startup with up to 7 employees. Responsible for strategic planning, business development, and customer acquisition targeting SMEs. Managed technical infrastructure for automated AI model training and deployment. Oversaw budgeting, personnel management, and operational business activities.

Advised clients on architecture, best practices, and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Developed various mobile applications for diverse sectors including museums and hospitality.

Digital agency for mobile applications. Notable projects include Samsung Academy, Samsung myGalaxy, and Schwarzkopf House of Color. Responsibilities included requirements engineering, project planning, development in cooperation with customers, managing development of backend systems, and developing algorithms for automated route planning.
