Google Cloud Agent Development Kit (ADK) Global Hackathon Built a 4-stage multilingual customer-service chatbot in 96 h; 99 % of replies <= 1.26 s across three concurrent sessions. Added EXIT_DEMO safety exit, FastAPI metrics logging and GitHub CI – first full-stack Python project.

Designed and deployed 3 Power Automate workflows (836 actions, linking Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, Esker and Outlook); approval turnaround cut 3.5 h to 20 min (include 5 min quality check), saving ~ 15 staff-hours per week for Gucci, BV, Saint Laurent, etc. Optimised Excel model via A/B testing; calculation time 60 min to 30 sec. Authored a 46-page user manual and trained SSC team; solution adopted as regional standard and recognised with management commendation.

Built an IPO/financials-driven research framework and produced 12 long-form articles on consumer, retail, tech and finance. Flagship article on energy-supply shock garnered 30,000+ reads and ranked #4 on TMT Post Weekly Excellence List; several others exceeded 10,000+ views. Syndicated content to 36Kr, Huxiu and four other channels, boosting brand reach.

Cleaned and analysed tens-of-thousands of client records using Python (NumPy, Pandas) and Excel, producing behavioural segments for IB products. Built a Python web-crawler and one-click import tool that automated customer-status checks on regulatory portals, reducing manual workload by ~80 %. Compiled quarterly & annual PPT briefs and supplied competitive analysis for futures-trading initiatives.

Compiled daily multi-asset market briefs (stocks, bonds, funds) and documented meeting decisions, improving follow-up accuracy for the sales desk.
