Led the development of a service to synchronize order status between the internal trading desk and Bloomberg Terminal, achieving reconciliation latency under 100ms. 2. Migrated logging platform for 40+ applications from Splunk to Datadog under 3 months, unified observability tools with SRE support. 3. Responded to production on-call incidents, usually suggested solutions within 30 minutes; was recognized 3 times for exceptional performance by the partners and clients.

Worked for the Federal Application Server team of 30 members with developing and sustaining the features of an enterprise VoIP solution, mostly focusing on the backend development. Technology stack: Java, JBoss, SIPp, SOAP, Perl, Oracle, VMware, ClearCase, Agile etc. Key achievements: 1. Designed and developed features including Max-Breadth limitation, unregistered lines synchronization etc., improving SIP reliability through IETF standards. 2. Contributed test automation code and assisted regression testing; caught ~10 day-1 defects which were sitting there for 10+ years, potentially helping maintain company’s reputation. 3. Mentored junior engineers and helped new hires ramp up with legacy systems and tools.

Worked for the GENView Analytics team of 15 members with developing and sustaining the features of the data processing pipeline and supportive products. Technology stack: Java, Tomcat, Hadoop, RESTful, Bash, PostgreSQL, Linux, SVN, Waterfall etc. Key achievements: 1. Structured raw data into HDFS, HBase storage, implemented mapper and reducer functions. 2. Built a threshold alert system, deployed a new Tomcat stack and handled RPM-based configs. 3. Provided supports for lab setup and configurations.
