Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers within my clients' organisations, to position Softcat as a trusted advisor and a preferred supplier, ultimately working to support my clients organisational goals and drive sales for Softcat. I achieved 180% of my yearly target in FY23 and currently on-track for FY24. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities within new and existing accounts. Within 1 year, I successfully opened and became the preferred supplier of a 60,000 user leading transport organisation, with current ongoing projects such as a full cloud and systems infrastructure architecture, implementation and management, a security infrastructure review and replacement, and a merger and acquisition strategy development project. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing deals in line with customers preferred procurement processes, such as gain-share and cost-plus, while ensuring compliance with any contractual and legal obligations. Ensure 100% customer experience and satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle, proactively resolve any issues or escalations, while continuously developing wider relationships with accounts. I work to develop and maintain a deep understanding of my client's business environment and strategy, while staying informed about industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscapes to provide insightful, proactive solutions that align with my client's objectives. Seed Marketing (HelloFresh/Jack Daniels) 2021 - 2022
During my time at Seed Marketing, I managed their pre-existing HelloFresh Campaign and delivered the new Jack Daniels campaign to students. I presented both brands to the target audience on social media, ultimately working to drive sales in the student population. Led campaigns within Nottingham to increase awareness and drive sales for Jack Daniels within the targeted student population. Worked with university societies to create and put on promotional events for 200+ people. Managed both brand campaigned on social media and implemented outreach strategies to improve engagement.
