I led the architecture for an engineer operations system, implementing secure and scalable infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB), plus AI-powered tools using OpenAI and Pinecone for smarter documentation and support. Building a web dashboard to manage engineers on the field and monitoring / tracking their activities in React, Typescript.
