Co-organized a 1-month residency program for HER DAO during the Road to Devcon initiative. Coordinated daily workshops, networking events and IRL community-building sessions. Managed logistics, speaker outreach, scheduling and on-site facilitation. Helped build a safe, inclusive and empowering space for women developers, founders and creatives in Web3.

Built dApps and learned Solana architecture using Rust and Anchor. Participated in weekly workshops and collaborative code reviews.

Built and deployed Solidity-based contracts with Hardhat and Foundry. Learned core DeFi mechanisms (ERC-20, ERC-721, governance, delegation, DAO logic). Gained a strong understanding of blockchain security, testing frameworks, and upgradeability patterns.

Studying decision-making and memory processes under uncertainty. Designed behavioral experiments and cognitive tests. Preprocessed and analyzed datasets using Python, Pandas & Seaborn. Built reproducible analysis pipelines with Jupyter. Conducted sessions with 60+ participants.
