Develop training materials and lead training sessions for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding and adoption of new processes or technologies. Took part in consultancy work for a project (Rate Me) which involved product managing the team to launch a complex rating system that integrated AI, Geofencing, social media and other complex technology.

Spearheaded agile transformation initiatives across UAE and USA teams, resulting in an increase in project delivery speed and a reduction in project rework. Defined comprehensive project requirements and delivery milestones (DOD), leading to an improvement in customer satisfaction and a reduction in project scope creep. Implemented robust project milestones and performance indicators, reducing project delays and improving on-time delivery. Successfully managed project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and team recruitment, leading to a reduction in project costs and an increase in team productivity. Conducted weekly AB testing across the site, as well as worked on integrating the latest tech such as AI to improve the customer journey (through suggestions based on past purchase).

Led the successful transformation from waterfall to agile processes, resulting in a faster project delivery and a reduction in project rework while mentoring teams. Improved stakeholder satisfaction and project success rate through monthly progress reports to management and board members, highlighting key metrics such as completion rates, budget tracking, and team performance. Managed product backlog and maintained communication with stakeholders, resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction and a reduction in feature backlog. Resolved bottlenecks and facilitated decision-making, increasing project efficiency and reducing project risks. Led successful NFT project progress, collaborating with design, legal teams, and third-party partners, resulting in a higher revenue and an increase in user engagement.

Facilitated in standing up cross functional agile teams based on skills and requirements, as well as helped in the facilitation of agile based ceremonies. Implemented SAFE and LESS agile into projects based on the team size and where the framework would help to improve results. Coordinated the organisations move to the cloud and helped with setting up work from home with minimal security impact during the Covid pandemic.
