Spearheaded end-to-end development of Tranglo Business, a B2B remittance and cross-border payments platform. Improved user onboarding experience by shortening the sign-up journey by 30% through UX and process enhancements. Reduced transaction creation time from 2 minutes to 10 seconds through favourite and repeated beneficiary flows. Conducted R&D to develop a Crypto Integration Framework, aligning Tranglo business flows with Web3 infrastructure. Designed and launched the product framework for a new Collection Wallet, enabling efficient multi-currency receipt tracking. Improved cost savings by up to RM200k per year by optimizing transaction notifications to recipients.

Managed Bulk SMS and Email Notification Services, empowering SMEs to create and broadcast marketing and transactional campaigns. Reduced cost by 30% for top destinations through traffic routing optimization and vendor negotiation. Prevented a potential 6-digit client loss by creating an internal alert to monitor and notify abnormalities. Increased Email services profitability by 50% and improved delivery rate by developing smart routing logic to maximize email packages and delivery.
