Built CamFocus, a cross-platform productivity app for Windows and macOS using Python and Tkinter. Developed from scratch to enable webcam-based monitor detection and automatic window focus based on user gaze. Created an installer with Inno Setup and applied code signing for a seamless installation experience and verified publisher identity. Integrated a Stripe-based subscription system supported by AWS. Designed and launched the landing page website with AngularJS. Used AWS for hosting the website and distributing installation files to users.
