Hi, I’m Justine, a commercially minded lawyer with over 4 years of experience in commercial contracts, disputes, regulatory compliance, and sanctions. I’ve worked across APAC, the Middle East, and Europe, and I’m now eager to transition into an in-house role in the crypto or Web3 space. 

I’m deeply passionate about blockchain and digital assets - I actively trade a portfolio of over 25 cryptocurrencies, including utility and meme coins, achieving a 24.1% ROI in 2024. To deepen my expertise, I’m currently pursuing the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute’s Certification Programme for Virtual Asset Professionals as well as the Blockchain Council’s Web3 Expert Certification, covering topics like cryptocurrency, blockchain, DAO, and Web3 legal frameworks.  

In my career, I’ve worked on everything from drafting complex commercial contracts and resolving multi-jurisdictional disputes to advising on sanctions compliance and helping businesses navigate regulatory challenges. I also have a knack for business development, having secured new clients and mandates in previous roles.
