Project Managed external clients, overseeing operations and conducting research. Project Managed internal initiatives, coordinating timelines and optimizing workflows for Vinsol engineers. Managed the daily operations for Vinsol, including implementing and overseeing health care benefits and open enrollment.

Designed and implemented sales processes to drive revenue and maximize efficiency. Spearheaded and managed events community events that brought in nearly 100% of the revenue for the department. Worked alongside the Vice President of Business Development to ensure strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners. Collaborated with leadership to produce new and improved sales processes to increase the department’s revenue as well as the company’s overall growth.

Curated content for live trainings and eLearnings company-wide. Analyzed survey data from trainings and used results to continually improve programs. Managed logistics for simultaneous cross-functional training programs for: new hires, leadership skills, AML, and new product releases.

Provided logistical support for the Onboarding Training Program.

Developed, packaged and sold organic beauty products. Secured retail placement at local stores (United Markets, Mollie Stones, Good Earth), online, and local farmers markets.

Worked cross functionally with multiple departments to streamline client commercial purchases for TV advertisement sales. Researched and analyzed Nielsen Ratings to provide statistical feedback to the sales department as well as CBS clients.

Traveled across the USA - Seattle, Portland, Denver, and Kauai.

Supported the Director of Compliance and the Chief Compliance Officer to uphold SEC and FINRA including AML rules and regulations throughout the firm. Assisted with annual SEC compliance auditing for the firm’s registered employees. Compiled and analyzed detailed background checks for all new internal accounts. Researched and implemented new software to improve the firm's compliance capabilities.
