Technical Support, Learning Backend Development

I've spent the past couple years in IT Support, with pre-IT roles including telecom field technician work and a branch manager and dispatcher in a warehousing & delivery environment. 
Currently both working towards an Azure Admin certification and learning backend development, with the goal of bridging my IT support experience to more of a development role as I build that knowledge and skillset.
