I served as a technical writer in the development of the Electronic Certificate (SatE) application used for the creation and distribution of digital certificates on campus Telkom University. Responsibilities: • Documented Software Requirements Specifications, compiled business process diagrams, application flow posters, project timelines, functional requirements lists, as well as use case diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs). • Developing User Manuals to help users understand the application flow and features. • Documenting the User Acceptance Test (UAT) process to ensure compliance with software development standards.

During this internship, I served as a front-end developer in the development of an inventory website to assist the Information Technology Division in managing and recording inventory data, thereby accelerating the recording and tracking of internal inventory data. Responsibilities: • Developed an inventory website for the Information Technology Division using Nuxt.js and Bootstrap. • Collaborated with UI Designers and Back-end Developers to improve the interface and functionality of the system. • Conducted presentations and validations with the Information Technology Division team to ensure the website met user requirements.

In this capstone project, I served as a system analyst in the development of Sistem Informasi Akuntansi BUMDes (SIABDes) application, which aims to support more structured and transparent village financial management. Responsibilities: • Collecting and analyzing software requirements through interviews, observations, and discussions with stakeholders. • Prioritizing requirements and developing user stories in line with project objectives. • Modeling software requirements using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case diagrams, use case descriptions, and activity diagrams. • Collaborate with the development team in designing Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and software architecture. • Validate software requirements with stakeholders to ensure they are in line with business needs.
