Managed development of end-user products (Telegram & Discord bots) and designed user flows. Represented Assisterr at key industry events (Solana HH, EthGlobal, EthDenver, EthLisbon). Built community strategies to improve user retention and engagement. Drove beta testing with core community members and gathered product feedback. Initiated partnerships and handled first-contact networking with potential clients. Manage Discord community (350k members), TG community (120k members) and X (500K followers).

Provided product support and resolved technical issues for users. Organised and hosted community events (AMAs, community calls). Represented Talent Protocol at offline events (Solana HH, Talent House). Developed community growth plan and product usage guidelines. Adapted and translated the Knowledge Base for global users.

Represented Solana Collective at Hacker Houses and Breakpoint events. Assisted Core team with IRL initiatives and gathered educational resources for the ecosystem. Expanded Solana community visibility and built strong connections across the ecosystem.

Prepared Discord for launch: custom bots, UX improvements, optimised support & ambassador flows. Developed retention strategies, contests, and community campaigns. Launched and scaled Humandone community with optimised engagement processes.
