Analyzes HASAWeb and WMS personal and financial datasets for 35+ clients in the HIV/AIDS Services Administration program, identifying gaps in benefits distribution and uncovering trends in rent arrears, utilities, and healthcare support that improve allocation efficiency by 17%. Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of processing 50+ case applications for rent, arrears, and housing adjustments, ensuring compliance with city policy and reducing approval turnaround times through more accurate documentation and financial analysis. Establishes partnerships with financial specialists to design and implement data-informed processes surpassing budgets of $300M to better improve response rates to client requests and leading to measurable gains in housing stability and quality-of-life outcomes.

Designed, delivered, and oversaw the management of 12+ creative STEM and coding workshops for students ages 4–11, introducing foundational data visualization and environmental literacy concepts to more than 100 participants from diverse backgrounds. Engineered and continuously refined 5 curricula integrating programming, environmental science, and problem-solving, which increased retention of STEM concepts as measured in post-program evaluations. Organized and collected UX feedback data from 40 children to refine teaching modules, improve curriculum design, and enhance the long-term impact of digital literacy programming.
