Analyst

• Almost 10 years of extensive working experience in Java and allied technologies, spring modules, spring boot, Micro-services, JPA, hibernate, and SQL with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in Agile Environments for designing, configuring, developing, and maintaining web-based applications.
• Also have a strong curiosity and interest to work in Web3, Self Sovereign Identity, and Blockchain allied technologies.
• More than 4 years of working experience in agile methodologies, scrum environments, ceremonies, and kanban. Major participation in Scrum Master/Member Roles in active Sprints.
• Active interaction with the Business Support and Product teams to understand business requirements & participate in Design and Developing as per the design, and wireframes. Active involvement in server administration, load balancing, release management, support, and deployment activities in various environments. Involved actively in PMO (Project Management Official) and ITLA (Issue Tech List Admin) during critical release support.
• Excellent with procedural and process-oriented documentation with working knowledge of (SDLC) Systems Development Life Cycle. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively among many competing requests. Good analytical and interpersonal skills. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve issues, and production defects on a priority basis and ensure 24x7 on-call/onsite/offshore production support available to clients by managing resources with team associates as a part of L3 support team activities.
• Worked directly with L2 teams to maximize efficiencies and user-friendliness and received multiple work recognition from higher management to implement critical processes in a production environment. Flexible and versatile to adapt quickly to the new environment and contribute effectively.
