I started my technical career in Nigerian with a part-time apprenticeship in customer service representative next to my study of Mass communication at university.
I spent almost my entire career in the Support field, focusing in particular on Client rapport building, Financial record keeping, project management and networking. In my job, the satisfaction and retention of new, old existing customers are the priority.
After almost 3 years of experience, in 2 different countries, I learned how to deliver high-quality customer support through the ticketing system, email and phone calls.
Besides that, I recently also develop skills as a team manager, as in my previous job, I was responsible for my team and for the main platform used for supporting customers.
I decided that I want to start a new challenge in my career, and follow another passion that I have since a long time, the crypto world. In particular, the idea that I can be part of the process of the mass adoption of crypto makes me very excited.
I am a great team worker but also confident in working alone, I am native in Igbo and speak fluent English and Igbo, studying currently German
