Conducted AI research for smart governance and developed CITYA, an AI-enabled government assistant integrating cross-agency data and city-simulation capabilities to support public-sector operations and decision-making. Contributed to the CITYA proposal currently under consideration by the Bogor City Government and Garut Regency Government. Contributed to the preparation of a research paper on CITYA for planned submission to the IEEE International Smart Cities Conference (ISC2).

Analyzed IT support business processes to identify operational bottlenecks and designed an automation solution to improve service workflows. Developed Talita, a WhatsApp-based AI assistant using LLM-powered agentic workflows to automate routine IT support processes and improve service efficiency. Integrated APIs with third-party applications and designed a relational SQL database to support end-to-end ticketing workflows. Conducted user acceptance testing with prospective users from the IT Services Management team across 9 test cases with a 100% pass rate, validating the solution from implementation through user acceptance.
