Customer Support Representative

I am a Blockchain and Crypto enthusiast, Crypto investor, Trader & Marketer with 4 years of experience in the Crypto and Blockchain space. 

I built India’s most influential Crypto Community on WhatsApp. This community is targeted toward helping members take the right step in their Crypto-related Investments. 

As a dedicated Crypto enthusiast, I have helped 4800+ people in Crypto Space make guided crypto investments. My core values are centered on collaboration and long-term growth. 

Currently, I am working with Blue Cube Services as a Customer Success Contractor where I reply to emails from customers on Zendesk in the most accurate and expedited way possible. My role also includes reassigning tickets to the relevant department that needs to handle them, assisting customers via Live-Chat, providing feedback to the company when it is given by the customers, internally raising the issues that need escalation to other members of the support team, and/or to the developers. I also tracked bugs inside the Cryptocurrency Wallet and the Cryptocurrency Exchange and raised them in the relevant Slack channels for further investigation. I also assist other contractors with doubts and questions related to our role and the services provided by Platform.
