I am a 29-year-old Software Engineering Manager. I have worked in various technical and managerial roles with many vendors with different cultures, standards and geographically distributed teams. Experienced working fully remote.

Furthermore, I have a proven record of building and leading small size cross-functional technical teams in multi-million dollars cloud based enterprise solutions with Agile methodology best practice. 

Additionally, I'm passionate about blockchain, DeFi and NFTs. For over 3 years, I turned my life upside down, devoting the lion's share of my day to keeping up with market news and catching up with blockchain technology. It has become an integral part of me, turning into a hobby and passion.
