Front End Developer

During my tenure as a Software Developer at Xalts, I undertook a range of substantial projects. I developed a comprehensive blockchain data analysis platform from the ground up, employing intricate data structures and algorithms, akin to Etherscan. Simultaneously, I architected a unified login system using AWSCognito, ensuring secure and seamless user authentication across multiple applications. In addition to these projects, I designed a highly adaptable builder and workflow system that incorporated a Canvas and Tree structure, addressing usability challenges and delivering innovative design solutions. My role also encompassed streamlining the deployment process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments. Beyond my technical contributions, I actively collaborated with design and product teams, gaining in-depth insights into product requirements and providing guidance to peers.

Spearheaded the development of 'CreatorConsole,' a no-code platform, by designing the frontend and backend architecture. Led a team of 4 developers, guiding and motivating them to efficiently deliver the project while simultaneously enhancing their technical skills and knowledge. Collaborated with clients to understand their requirements, created the system design, scope of deliverables, and timelines, and provided technical architecture for multiple projects. Contributed to the development of user flows and provided technical inputs in multiple projects, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences. Led the delivery of five small projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality output, and optimal resource utilization. Utilized a diverse range of tech stacks and tools to deliver projects, including ReactJs, NodeJs, Express, dynamoDb, PostgreSQL, AWS amplify, EC2 instance, S3 bucket, cloudfront, Route53, IPFS, NFT Storage, AlchemyAPIs, etherJs, Wagmi, foundry, and hardhat.

Architected and spearheaded the frontend development of two projects: a Fee Management System for colleges and a Course Aggregator product, using the latest front-end technologies. Developed both projects from scratch, employing technologies such as ReactJs, webpack, redux, SCSS, and AWS services (S3 and cloudfront) for efficient frontend deployment. Mentored and coached two interns, imparting valuable technical knowledge and skills to them. Collaborated closely with designers and product managers to develop user-oriented products, providing critical technical inputs and insights to ensure optimal usability, functionality, and scalability.

Developed efficient and responsive frontend for Digilocker-authorized digital KYC product using ReactJs, Redux, and SCSS. Delivered frontend of internal and external dashboards for efficient data management using ReactJS, redux, SCSS, and managed the development and production environment using AWS S3 and cloudfront. Provided support on various products related to digital verification of documents, OCR, e-sign, and Video KYC using tech stacks such as ReactJs, Redux, SCSS, WebRTC, and other tools that streamlined processes and complied with regulations.

Optimized program success through proactive operational adjustments. Prepared and disseminated team-based communications to foster collaboration and boost team morale. Successfully closed the deal for Giridih District and other districts in the pipeline, driving business development efforts. Oversaw two major projects in Panipat and Jhansi, ensuring successful delivery and implementation. Designed and developed content and graphics to facilitate program flow and enhance user experience.

Co-founded a successful Mixed Reality Interior design firm, delivering over 10 mid and large-sized projects. Headed a team of 9 permanent and non-permanent members, successfully delivering projects to prominent clients such as the Indian Army, CSIR-CBRI, IIT Roorkee, Box8, and Fella Homes. Led the product design of an in-house AR application catering to multiple industries such as education, real estate, and automobile. Gained knowledge about various aspects of digital marketing and team building over time.
