Responsible for the Java development and subsequent testing of features used in internal business tools and backend applications, managing the process from local development through staging validation to production release. Resolved critical production issues within SLA by analysing root cases, developing fixes and deploying tested solutions, often acting as a bridge between customer support and development teams. Developed RESTful APIs using Spring WebClient (reactive), GraphQL and RestTemplate. Implemented JaCoCo into CI pipeline to enforce minimum unit test coverage standards. Migrated from Log4j to Logbook to enable advanced message filters necessary to reduce logging cost. Developed a transaction re-indexation endpoint to accelerate resolution of missing transactions in production. Implemented phone number validation service to improve age verification pass rates. Migrated the stack’s applications from internal load balancer to Kubernetes Ingress. Refactored legacy DAO services to either JPA or API where possible. Led integration testing between a public-facing web frontend and the backend legacy AS/400 insurance quoting system. Automated regression testing for the legacy quoting interface using Micro Focus TestPartner.

Led testing for migration from legacy in-house betting system to Orbis OpenBet. Certified 3DSecure payment integrations (Visa/Mastercard) with Commidea gateway.
