Infrastructure Shipping: Shipped a code execution platform using Firecracker microVMs and Rust, a custom Git server, an Actix-based API, and a TCP log-streaming service — wiring these systems together into a working product. Grant Execution: Wrote the technical proposal, secured a $140k grant, and delivered all milestones on time — managing reporting, stakeholder communication, and technical delivery simultaneously.

Product & Core Logic: Co-founded and built an open-source financial dashboard handling $100M+ in cumulative transaction volume. Designed the reward calculation engine and a risk classification framework for on-chain data. Grant Delivery: Secured and executed $50k in Web3 Foundation grants, delivering audited technical milestones on time.
