I Supported node operators, developers, and enthusiasts in the Pactus community via Discord. Assisted with blockchain setup, staking, consensus explanations, and troubleshooting for accessible layer-1 participation. I Promoted decentralization principles and helped grow an open-source, energy-efficient blockchain community.

I Supported community growth and engagement in a post-apocalyptic-themed NFT society focused on digital collectibles, holder utilities, and expanding IP into comics/storytelling/real-world products.

I Supported community growth and engagement across Discord, Telegram, and X channels for a leading Real World Assets (RWA) marketplace protocol. Assisted users with on-chain interactions, token trading, fractionalization of assets, and yield opportunities across multiple chains. Moderated discussions, organized AMAs/events, and provided educational content on DeFi/RWA mechanics to enhance user adoption and reduce support tickets. I personally grew the discord community by about 50-200 members and I also encouraged user adoption of real world assets in the case of Ragmii.

I managed community channels and provided real-time support for wallet services, token swaps, DeFi tools, and market insights features. Created content and guides to onboard new users to Web3 ecosystem tools, improving accessibility and reducing onboarding friction. I monitored and responded to user feedback, contributing to app improvements and community-driven updates. I made physical posters in my location to support the usage and adoption of sinum app in web3. I also contributed to the testing of the app at its early phase of development.
