Within the bank leading the European industry setting up a new payment standard with PSD2. Owned the payments product design within the bank’s digital transformation. Represented the bank at Febelfin, the Belgian Banking Federation. Delivered PSD2 compliance across front-end and back-end systems: new card & payments services design with integrations with web banking, accounting, booking, 2FA, eligibility systems. Designed a new payments engine for outgoing SWIFT transactions: integration of a digital interface with messaging, booking, settlement systems. Led the payment product team, two DevOps tribes (onshore/offshore) and coordinated requirements, user stories, UAT/E2E testing.

Designed and documented convertor for a mobile payment innovation platform. Mapped payment flows and merchant onboarding processes. Worked closely with product owners and developers in an agile fintech setup.

Rebuilt the product management role for the Correspondent Banking business entity. Defined KPIs, roadmap, and product strategy. Improved commercial strategy, transaction processing, exception handling, and reconciliation efficiency.
