Web3 & Emerging Tech Market Intelligence Specialist | Competitive Research, On Chain/Media Analysis, Product Strategy

 I help Web3 and emerging tech teams turn complex research into practical decisions.

For me, research it's not just collecting and organizing data. The real value starts when the data helps reveal the problem behind the market noise - and then points toward a possible solution, product direction, strategic hypothesis or operational decision.

My work usually begins with a fragmented or unclear niche: tokenization platforms, meme-coins, launchpads, prediction markets, Web3 ecosystems, neurotech, digital health, on-chain behavior, investor landscapes or product opportunities.

I like building the structure from scratch: defining the methodology, breaking the research process into clear layers, creating research cards, selecting data sources, checking contradictory information, organizing datasets and then using the analysis to form practical conclusions.

Over the past years, I have worked on research projects covering:
• 230+ crypto launchpads mapped and categorized;
• 137 tokenization platforms analyzed across asset classes, jurisdictions, licensing signals and business models;
• 131 Web3 projects researched across sport, wellness and healthcare;
• confidential meme-coin intelligence research combining media signals, Google Trends, X / Discord activity, on-chain wallet behavior, DEX flows and airdrop campaign analysis;
• neurotech and digital health research, including user readiness, data commercialization models and competitor landscapes.

The outputs of my work are not only reports. Depending on the project, they can become market landscapes, competitor benchmarks, product hypotheses, investor and partner maps, operational guides, strategic documentation or decision-support frameworks.

I especially enjoy tasks where the team does not just need “more information”, but needs to understand what to do with the information: which direction looks stronger, what risks should be considered, what market pattern is repeating, what product opportunity may exist, or what operational response would make sense.

My working style is partnership-driven. When I join a project, I try to understand the business as if it were partly my own: what the team is building, what decisions need to be made, where the uncertainty is, and how research can help move the project forward.

I am open to remote project-based, part-time or consulting-style work with teams that need structured research, market intelligence and practical strategic thinking in Web3 or emerging tech.

Actana Research
2021 - 2026
At Actana Research, I work on complex market intelligence and strategic research projects across Web3, FinTech, tokenization, meme-coins, neurotech, digital health and other emerging technology sectors. My role is not limited to collecting and organizing data. I usually build the research structure from scratch: define the methodology, break the market or problem into analytical layers, create research cards, select data sources, validate contradictory information, organize datasets and turn the findings into practical conclusions, hypotheses or decision-support materials. Key areas of work: • competitive landscape mapping and market intelligence; • Web3, tokenization and RWA platform research; • meme-coin media, on-chain and airdrop campaign analysis; • product opportunity research and ecosystem design support; • neurotech and digital health market research; • investor, partner and fundraising landscape mapping; • strategic documentation and operational frameworks.
Research Analyst
Private employer
2020 - 2025
Worked on private research and analytical projects focused on Web3, crypto markets, narrative tracking and project evaluation. The work included analyzing crypto projects from several angles: product, team, investors, partnerships, tokenomics, community activity, market positioning and potential investment relevance. Key areas of work: • Web3 and crypto market research; • narrative and sector trend tracking; • project evaluation and comparative analysis; • investor, partner and ecosystem research; • tokenomics, community and market-positioning review; • structured reports for decision-making. This experience strengthened my ability to work with incomplete, fast-changing and often noisy markets where the task is not only to collect information, but to understand what the information means and how it can support a practical decision.
Self Employed
Private Entrepreneur
2013 - 2019
Long-term business background across small business, operations, sales, management and project-based work. This experience is not the main focus of my current positioning, but it shaped how I approach research and market intelligence today. I understand that business decisions are rarely made in perfect conditions: teams deal with limited time, incomplete data, unclear markets, changing priorities and real operational pressure. Because of this, I try to make research practical, structured and decision-oriented. My goal is not only to describe what is happening in a market, but to help teams understand what can be done with that information.
