Responsible for booking event venues and borrowing essential equipment such as speakers, microphones, and other audiovisual equipment for events. Led a team of 7 members by dividing responsibilities to ensure all equipment was prepared and functioning properly, contributing to the smooth execution of event. Prepared and managed formal permission request forms for equipment and venue loans, ensuring compliance with institutional procedures and timely approvals.

Created and organized financial literacy presentation materials for delivery to 25 team members. Coordinate a team of 6 members to actively participate in financial education and assign responsibilities to each individual. Developed 1-2 draft social media content pieces weekly focused on capital markets to enhance internal and external investment understanding. Conducting financial literacy education for more than 100 students at schools to improve their financial understanding.

Acted as the primary communication mediator between 8 competition teams (consisting of over 15 participants) and the committee to minimize miscommunication among participant teams. Ensured the smooth execution of competitions by reminding participants of session start times and other competition responsibilities. Communicated specific participant requirements to the committee to support efficient event operations.

Responsible for end-to-end registration management for seminar and competition events, successfully registered over 250 participants. Designed and developed event ticketing concepts tailored for both seminar and competition formats to optimize participant experience.
