Designer

Work directly to produce images from sketches, existing drawings, and electronic drawings, design automation machines, jigs and fixtures and mechanical components, conduct research, design, and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods, production equipment, and environmental impacts, work with customers to produce new products or modify existing products, design, develop and cost various tools, machines and equipment for recommended production methods, perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency improvement, responsible for Managing / Set-Up Tool Room, computer and computer-aided design (CAD) proficiency, responsible for Tooling Design/Maintenance, carry out other duties as assigned, prepare and plan production running schedules, lead the production team to achieve schedule targets, create BOM list and calculation of cost production.

Assist Engineer to design simple part, develop 3D models and 2D drawings, operate CNC machine, welder.
